This Day in History...

It was this weekend, three years ago that daddy and Curtis ditched work and school respectively and went to see Shrek the 3rd. Why such a big deal? It was Curtis' first time to go to the movies. Today, we saw Shrek Forever After at the same theater. On the secured side, you can find the pictures I took of him in front of the Shrek movie posters in 2007 and today. The movie was awesome, rivaling the first one. This is really rare for a sequel to do, especially a 4th installment. It was an excellent film that tied into all the previous movies, especially the first one. I would recommend it for everyone!
There are also new pics of the family from the last 2 months, including some great shots of Pricess Maddie.

Dylan Gets to Spend the Night!

One of Curtis' best friends, Dylan, aka "Big D" got to spend the night with us last week. The boys got to play and run, and wrestle all night. The qoute of the day was from Dylan. Curtis asked him if he ate broccoli. Dylan said, "It's disgusting Curtis, trust me." HA!
Also this weekend, we went to see How to Train Your Dragon. It was a great movie! Curtis and Daddy recommend it to you parents with kids in the 5-10 age area.
Mommy's Aunt Tammy is in town with Ashley. Tonight, daddy is making stuffed beef filet for them.

Madeleine Marissa is Here!
1/21/2010 10:38:06 PM
That's right, folks. Curtis' baby sissy is here and is healthy and strong. Mommy was in labor for the better part of 24 hours, so it was our longest stretch for deliveries. The delivery went very smoothly, once Madeleine decided to come out. Curtis has been behaving just like a grown man. He has been awesome, and is already very protective of his new baby sissy. We are so excited to have our new baby! Our family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes, your kind words kept us going at 4:00am yesterday. M&M's first pics are up, enjoy!
